VideoFirst is registered in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all information is collected lawfully.
We only collect personal information when you provide it to us on our enquiry form or by enquiring directly about a product or service with this or one of our other companies; or if you have contacted us in any way shape or form in the past; or if one of our staff or agents has personally called and requested it from your office and sought the relevant permissions. You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will quickly delete or correct it for you.
We will not contact you in the future unless you have given us your consent or pass your contact details to other websites unless you agree. We do not send marketing collateral to unsolicited email addresses or telephone numbers. We may use registered and licensed bulk communications services to manage our contact data online and this is information is kept strictly private between us and them. We may contact you with information we believe to be relevant and of use or interest to you at within the guidelines of current GDPR legislation and you may opt out of this and unsubscribe from all future correspondence at any time with one click.
We use Google Analytics and a statistics package to track visitors to our website. This is anonymous information. You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time by contacting us or following the unsubscribe link contained within the email. This is an automated system so be sure to send your request using the exact email address you want to remove. The removal process is instant. If you no longer have access to that email account then specify that in an email communications so we can still identify you. We use VideoCloud to power and deliver all our videos. VideoCloud uses our own statistics software to monitor streaming and usage via VideoPlayer and / or VTXT. You can unsubscribe from VTXT campaigns at any time and information on how to do this will be detailed in the VTXT message or on the VideoCloud website.
